Upon entering the dealership, Kenny made contact with us immediately, and introduced himself. Kenny took the time to walk back and forth from the lot to the office as we asked to see several different cars. Kenny explained the benefit of purchasing a certified vehicle, however we chose to go with the Hyundai. Our time was short, and we made an appointment to return in two days in order to take a test drive. When we arrived, Kenny had the car pulled out and ready for us to drive. We took a test drive, and Kenny was very helpful in telling us about what the dealership has to offer. When we returned, we began the process of purchasing, and it went very smooth. The finance department worked very hard to put us in a position to finance the vehicle, and was very successful. The signing of the paper work took longer than we wished, however when it was over, Kenny took us to the service department to introduce us. Kenny then thanked us, and we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted. We hate dealing with car salesman, but Kenny has changed my perspective on how they can be. This was one of our best car buying experiences. More
