I had no real knowledge on how to buy a car and was very worried when it came down to buying a vehicle. I walked in with my mother and my sister (whom I was buying a car for) and was greeted by Rodrigo. He worried when it came down to buying a vehicle. We instantly liked him and felt comfortable working with him. I suggest working with Rodrigo! We were able to find a car my sister liked, a Mazda 2 Touring and were able to lower the price a bit. I wish they had been more willing to lower the price but to be honest I had no idea how to haggle and really didn’t argue the price much, I can’t blame them. He then brought in his manager Bobby to work on the finances. Bobby was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. The only problem with the deal in the end is we did not research the finance company. Afterwards I found out that the finance company is actually one of the worst rated company’s out there and is known for its horrible customer service and crooked dealing. So my only advice to everyone out there is research the finance company before you sign! I don’t blame the dealership at all, I am happy they found someone, I just wish I had known about the company first and asked them to look for someone else. Now I know most people will say never trust a dealership, they only tell you what you want to hear, they lie, cheat and steal and so on and so forth. But in my honest opinion the people at Mazda of Clearlake really care about helping their customers the best and most honest way they can. They are fantastic and I know you will love them! More

I'd been searching for a used Jeep for about 2+ months. I was particular on what I wanted in a used Jeep and when I saw the one for sale at Mazda of Clear Lake... my first thought was that I would months. I was particular on what I wanted in a used Jeep and when I saw the one for sale at Mazda of Clear Lake... my first thought was that I would again get the run around since I didn't live close to Houston. But thanks to Chris Danzell and the folks at Mazda of Clear Lake, I'm once again a proud owner of a Jeep Wrangler. I live in Corpus Christi and unfortunately I couldn't find what I wanted locally. I had searched many car dealerships from Corpus Christi, Austin, San Antonio to Houston and when I would find something that peeked my interest... I wouldn't get a call back or even a response from other dealerships. One dealership made me feel as though I was bothering them during my one and only phone call to them. Immediately after inquiring about the Jeep on Mazda of Clear Lake's website, I received several emails thanking me for my inquiry and stating that I would be receiving a phone call from Chris. Not only did I receive a phone call shortly after that but I received a personal email. Chris Danzell made the process very easy for me, which was important because I lived about 3hrs away. After working with Chris and the Finance team during the week to get everything finalized... I was able to walk in on a Saturday afternoon... test drove the Jeep, then sat down and did the paperwork. Drove off a very happy customer!!!! There were no gimmicks, games, or surprises!!! Everything we discussed on the phone or through emails from the very beginning was everything I got in the end!!! I came to the dealership to drive a specific car I saw online that they had in stock, (Mazda 3 hatchback 6 sp m). I informed Kenny I was short on time and i wanted to test drive the car and would buy it i online that they had in stock, (Mazda 3 hatchback 6 sp m). Kenny Froisy Sales Consultant meet me in the parking lot as I entered the dealer ship he was very helpful in determining the right car for my family and I. He showed me several cars and took me on test driv as I entered the dealer ship he was very helpful in determining the right car for my family and I. He was able to explain all the options of the models to include the base model, sport, touring, and grand touring. After driving the vehicals I wanted to have my wife also look at them and drive them so i was going to need to return on another day. Kenny introduced me to his sales manage prior to us leaving that day and the sales manager insured me that they would love to help me find a car a would work with any way they could. I returned on Saturday with my wife we look over the car we wanted test drove them and selected the Mazda6 and made the purchase that night. kenny introduced use to the service manager, parts manager and finance manager. Kenny had to locate the right car for us, that is the color (soul red) that we wanted. Kenny worked very hard for use and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Kenny. More

I visited a couple of dealerships looking for a Mazda 5. It wasn't going too well when I went to Clear Lake Mazda. Thomas and David actually listened to me and found me the exact vehicle I wanted and didn't It wasn't going too well when I went to Clear Lake Mazda. They had a car from a different city brought to the dealership so I could test drive it, and emphasized that I didn't have to buy that one if it wasn't just what I wanted. But since it WAS just what I was looking for, and at the price I wanted to pay, I bought it. David even got me a better financing rate than my credit union offered me! Thomas then showed me all the features on the car and how to operate the different systems so I felt very confident driving it home, even though a lot of the switches were different from my old car. He was so patient and helpful during the different test drives I took and visits I made to the dealership, it made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and you need to be sure to ask for Thomas Wagner. I know you will get excellent service and may end up driving home a fantastic vehicle like I did. More
