We arrived at Mazda around 7:00 PM , and I fell in love with the car immediately. It was exactly what I was looking for. Chris D. was absolutely great! He explained all the features, and was very patient with the questions and time we took to look it over and test drive it. We finally completed the paperwork and left about 11:00 - 11:30 PM on Saturday night . The customer Service, the extra perks, the friendly staff make the drive to Clearlake well worth the drive. I love my new car and will send everyone I know to Clearlake Mazda. More

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and contacted Chris Danzell. My time was very limited and I was coming from a distance to actually look at the vehicle. When I decided to visit the dealership, again pressed for time, Chris had the vehicle running and waiting for me. He understood that I was pressed for time and did everything to expedite the process. Chris and his manager addressed each and every concern and problem I had. The only reason I can not give the dealership a higher rating is due to the issues I had with the service department after I purchased the vehicle and there were some items that were being done afterward. Other than that, I recommend Chris and this dealership. Thanks again Chris and Jorge!!!!!! More
To give a bit of background, I purchased my first vehicle from Mazda of Clear Lake and loved it. Unfortunately, it was totaled in an accident and so I was forced to look for a new vehicle. Dealing with the insurance company throughout the claims process was stressful enough that I didn't want car-buying to become a headache as well. My dad had spoken with Chris a while back when he was looking for a new vehicle and recommended I speak to him at Mazda of Clear Lake. I already knew what kind of vehicle I wanted and Chris was extremely helpful in showing me the vehicle and explaining all of the features. I didn't want to spend too much time there for my initial visit as I wasn't ready to make a decision and Chris was very happy to run my credit application and discuss my options when I returned a few days later. When I returned to the dealership, we ran through payment options and he was able to secure a deal that I was comfortable with. At the time, I still did not have the money for the down payment so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to hold the vehicle until I received the money from the insurance company. When I explained the situation to Chris, he completely understood and allowed me to purchase the vehicle on the spot and bring the down payment when I received it. I couldn't believe it! We signed all the paperwork and I was able to take my new car home that evening. Andre in finance did a wonderful job of explaining the paperwork and even worked to get me extra protection on my vehicle without jacking up the monthly payment. This was the least painful process of dealing with the aftermath of the accident and I am so grateful for Chris, Andre, and the entire Mazda of Clear Lake team for helping me get a new vehicle without jumping through a million hoops. They've got me as a customer for life! More

I took my car in because there were problems with the tires. Ryan Carter told me that I hadn't rotated and balanced my tires enough and he was wrong, just didn't check his records before speaking. I took my car in again because my Sirius radio was acting up and he told me I didn't have a Sirius Radio at all? It all seemed fishy. I was belittled on the phone and he told me that maybe I thought it was there and it really wasn't. I love my Sirius radio and pay what I think is alot a year for the service and for him to say that I didn't have Sirius radio and belittle me was a bit ridiculous. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I will be going to a different dealership next time. More
