Finally a pleasant car buying experience I was in the market for a car for my teenager and was completely lost as to which brand and model to purchase. I knew I wanted something new or with I was in the market for a car for my teenager and was completely lost as to which brand and model to purchase. I knew I wanted something new or with warranty, something my teenager would love and more importantly safe and reliable. Although I had visited other dealerships I kept coming back to Mazda after reading multiple reviews about its safety, its rating and price. I first met with Christopher Danzell and expressed to him my concerns (mostly confusion) about choosing the right vehicle. He showed me some options but never pressured me into buying. I was honest with him about being close to selecting another model at another dealership and he still never pressured me to walk away from the other deal. His professionalism and honesty really sold me on making the purchase. He was always prepared to address my concerns and followed through on all the questions I had. I felt the same way when meeting with the sales manager to evaluate our trade-in and finally completing the financing paperwork. All around from beginning to end, from selection of vehicle to pick up, Christopher Danzell and the team at Mazda Clear Lake made me feel respected as a customer and I will definitely buy from them again and refer family and friends in the future. The free oil changes have been great - very efficient, in and out quickly! The two other service experiences we needed help with - I would rate poorly. This last experience, was excellent - and I give Clay all of the credit. He took what could have been a VERY BAD experience and turned it around to be a great one. He really went above and beyond to do the right thing - he called back when he said he would, he handled the situation like he said he would and that says a lot. Next time I go in.... whether it's for service on my car.... or my free oil change - I will ask for Clay. More
