I could say so many things, but I'll keep it short, sales is horrible, apparently they are always right and the customer is always wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. They need training in cus is horrible, apparently they are always right and the customer is always wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. They need training in customer service and communication, such a horrible experience they're only nice when they want you to buy a car then when you sign papers they could care less about you. If you're looking for honesty and good customer service avoid this place at all costs! More
Just had the best experience with Kenny. Up front, knew his cars and was a wonderful pleasure working with him. Drove out with a new CX-5. Love the car. I bought a new CX-30 today. I did a lot of research online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of the transaction. I pick it up tomorrow morning. A bit disappointed on the trade side of things but overall a good transaction. ETA The interaction with Mario Torres in finance was equally good. He was very informative and helpful. No pressure at all. Quickly took care of the paperwork and got me on the way with just the extra I wanted and nothing else. Very pleased with that as well. More

I recently had quite a bit of work done on my Mazda CX-5 at this dealership, including brake job and gasket replacements. I had issues with my brakes making noise and took my vehicle back twice and was give at this dealership, including brake job and gasket replacements. I had issues with my brakes making noise and took my vehicle back twice and was given a loaner car both times. The second time I returned it with the same issue, my service rep, James McKellar, and the service manager, made sure the issue was completely resolved before letting me have my car back. They upgraded by brake pads and resurfaced the rotors, with no extra charge to me. I wasn't sure how honest and customer friendly DeMontrond would be since it bought out Mazda of Clear Lake. I am very pleased with the service, staff and management at this dealership. I've never been treated so fairly with repairs. They also discounted the price of the original work. I called several local repair shops, and the dealership's prices were very fair. More
