I was initially at the dealership to get my oil changed in my 2010 Mazda CX7 and while there, I asked to have my vehicle appraised. During pick-up of my vehicle, Kizito greeted us and we discussed the appraisal. I was pleased with it and I told him lets get me in a new car!! I told him what I wanted and he handed over the keys. No fuss, no pressure, no sales pitch. After several days of test driving, I wound up purchasing the 2015 Mazda6 GT from your dealership mainly because of Kitzo's relaxed attitude, professionalism, and wealth of knowledge with all the questions I had. Mazda of Clear Lake followed my time frame and truly listened to my needs. The actual transaction was so smooth! You didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot and Kizito took care of it!! In less than 24 hours, he called saying the vehicle was in and to come take a look!! Not only was Kizito great, but the entire Financing part was easy and quick. We went in, was greeted by a very friendly, professional Chris Danzell. He confirmed with us, exactly what we were looking for, then showed us the vehicle we wanted to see. He accompanied us on a test drive, answering all our questions. We returned to the dealership. After a little private conversation, we agreed to buy the Mazda 5. It was less than a year old; a car used when people had theirs in for service. He assured us they would clean and spiff up anything we noted. When we went back to pick up the car, we were very happy to see that it was spotless and beautiful. Chris is wonderful to work with and we would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda.
