2nd Time Purchase I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted and what money I had to work with. My wife desperately needed a larger four door vehicle due to having kids that were getting larger and older with the fact that a two door compact coupe was not cutting it. I came in and met with Kenneth Froisy, Internet Sales Manager, and was direct to the point of what two vehicle I had in mind and what money I could pay. Within no time my wife and I were shown both vehicles we were interested in and allowed a test drive of each. We both wanted a new vehicle and not a CPO even though that was one of our choices due to the tight budget. Kenneth introduced us to Dustin Simon, Sales Manager, who was able to put us in a new 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring of our choosing within our budget!!!! I want to personally thank this dealership for not trying to hassle us for a buy and working within our budget. Just wish they would have given me the keys to drive off the lot. I'll Keep Coming Back! Got a notification in the mail that my lease on my Mazda was up and they were offering some deals to get me to come in. I decided to come in yesterday evening to get some information. Our salesman - James Glasco - and the sales manager - Dustin Simon - took fantastic care of me and got me into the perfect car. The service side of the dealership has had some serious issues in the past but has worked through them which is good - as good as a sales staff as this is, the service department needs to bring their A-game! I would definitely recommend Mazda of Clear Lake to anyone, this is the second time I've leased through them and most certainly will again. More

The staff always greets me with a smile and they seem to understand that I am crunched for time, so they find a way to get me in and out. I will say that the waiting room is terrible. I always sit on the bench outside because I feel uncomfortable in there. If they could create a warm and inviting enviorment with a decent television and cable so that the wait wasn't so miserable, I would be very satisfied. I particularly appreciate that he knew how to operate the different gadgets of the car, particularly the electronics. He also taught my wife how to set up her iPhone. There are two areas where they can improve. First, they need to have free coffee for the customers. Preferably a single cup system to brew fresh coffee. A small area for children to play would be helpful. My second observation is that I would find extremely innovative if the salesperson after selling the vehicle comments about how to get the best fuel economy, for example providing driving tips. In addition, it would be a great favor for the brand if they also comment about what has the maker done to reduce the environmental impact in the making of the vehicle. As an example, Ford uses recycled materials to make several components of their cars. More

Once I selected the car Chris arranged for me to test drive it. We then sat down to discuss price and to fill out some paperwork. At no time did I feel that I was under any sales pressure. Chris had the car checked in detail and delivered at the time I wanted it. The business manager Matt Kinard answered all my financial questions and completed the purchase. This entire process was handled very smoothly and efficiently. This was the first time I had purchased a car without having any qualms. More
