We have been working with Kenny F on the sales side for the past three years, and he has treated us like family; we feel so special every time we walk into the dealership. We were nervous about switching from the generation 1 CX-5s to generation 2. Still, Kenny took all the time in the world to walk us through all the mechanical, design, and safety updates in the vehicle to comfort us on the quality we would experience. The management team of Ahmed and Jorge are brilliant; they maintain a great group of employees and provide a competitive yet fair rate on all their vehicles. The employees of this dealership maintain a high level of consistency in service, from the car buying experience to every oil change and service appointment you book. Mazda vehicles last forever (we are at 216k+ miles on our 2014 CX-5), and they keep improving yearly by introducing new models and special editions. Two days ago I had my first experience in buying a new car. I went with my parents who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Josue was the one who helped us through the whole process. He was very friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable! Josue was able to explain everything in Spanish so that we could all understand and participate in conversation easily. He was very comfortable to be around and he made the whole experience very enjoyable. I ended up leaving that day with a new CX-30 in white which is exactly what I wanted! Josue even offered to meet with us today to guide me through all the features of my new car since we had run out of time when we first met. He carefully went through all the features and showed me what each button was for. While explaining, he would ask if we had any questions and he was very meticulous and patient. Now I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable in my new car now that I know what all it can do. Mario from the financing department was also very friendly and explained everything carefully. We really got lucky with how nice everyone who helped us was! Overall I had a very good experience in this dealership. Thank you so much to Josue and Mario for all the help!! More
