Purchased a 2023 MX-5 Miata Club. Josue Montoya was my sales associate and he was fantastic from start to finish. When the car arrived, he called me to set up a time to pick it up and work through the final sales details. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was in the front spot in the lot with a giant red ribbon on the hood of the car. It was a great touch to finish off a great car buying experience. The entire staff including AK Khalil and Kareem in finance were super friendly, professional, and helpful! More

On behalf of a coworker of mine, I must say this is the worst customer service I have seen extended to anyone. Despite the fact that she is a female, just had her vehicle fully serviced with warrantied en worst customer service I have seen extended to anyone. Despite the fact that she is a female, just had her vehicle fully serviced with warrantied engine work. The vehicle overheated on the first day, it was driven, after picking it up. Called the dealership asking to have it towed and was told it was not their responsibility; she would need to call and arrange a tow truck ($275). Loose bolting was found under the hood. One of the belts on the vehicle is not even spinning. Poor service work, poor quality control on service of vehicle. Not a dealership I would trust to handle my vehicles. Your entire service team may need some additional training in customer service and retention of customer's moving forward. Too bad we cannot select "ZERO STARS". That is what is deserved. More
