Not informed of unwanted car warranty I purchased a used car at Mazda clear lake on April 6 , 2019 . I have called the dealership and requested they remove the warranty only too be told they will look into the matter and get back to me , still waiting . More

Excellent dealership excited to help After already receiving excellent service with a new CX-5 in December 2018, we unfortunately got hit and totaled the car. Finding the right car when I wasn't ready to buy a new car! Having someone total your car out of the blue is a stressful experience. The Silver Lining of the whole experience was finding David Turner at Mazda of Clear Lake, someone I could trust who did not do a "bait and switch" from credit union/internet searching and who spent lots of time showing me, then my husband the car and going over all of the features. David was professional but also went above and beyond at adding a personal touch. He did not flinch at my requests or my budget and worked very hard to make my preferred vehicle happen without being pushy. The CX-9 is awesome! Everyone in the showroom was friendly and on the second visit David was mentoring a new employee, Josue, who was uber courteous and personable. I will be returning to Mazda of Clear Lake to try out the service department for regular maintenance even though it could take an hour to get there. More
