Austin Russell was very detail oriented and helpful with my service appointment and was good about honoring my coupon. He's also a nice person! He checked on quite a few things I was wanting to do for my ca my service appointment and was good about honoring my coupon. He's also a nice person! Mirza wasn't that helpful I initially spent about 3 hours with Josue a few days prior but came back to show my dad and husband the car. I was set on getting the Mazda 3 but whe I initially spent about 3 hours with Josue a few days prior but came back to show my dad and husband the car. I was set on getting the Mazda 3 but when I came back a few days after, Mirza was there. It was no big deal and I asked for Josue. He said he would get him and my husband, dad, and I can wait on the lot. We spent about 15-20 mins just standing there. I did not even get to ask for keys for the car. We should have walked in but he did say he would be right back. My dad noticed that other people were standing around inside. The only reason why I rated the dealership so high is because of my initial contact with Josue. I needed the car that day so we ended up going to a different dealership and buying a car. More
