I had been having issues with my 2005 RX-8 running correctly. I had taken it to several dealers and no one could seem to find the issue. From the moment I drove into the service department, I knew I w correctly. I had taken it to several dealers and no one could seem to find the issue. From the moment I drove into the service department, I knew I was at the right place. Their customer service is exceptional. Robert greeted me promptly and listened as I explained the problem. He told me not to worry they could look at it that day. I left the car and went to work. Later that afternoon he called to tell me they had identified the issue, a broken wire. WOW, all the time spent at other dealers only to find a broken wire caused all my problems. I would highly recommend Robert and the team at Mazda of Clear Lake. I took my car in for an electrical problem with the headlights. They kept blinking on and off. It took a day for them to find the issue but it was repaired and I have not had a single issue since. I was in clear lake doing business when I noticed that I had a nail in my tire. I took my car to mazda of clear lake service dept. to have the tire plugged. Since the repair was so small I expected to be had a nail in my tire. I took my car to mazda of clear lake service dept. to have the tire plugged. Since the repair was so small I expected to be put on the back burner, however that was not the case. The staff was very prompt and attentive to my need. Not only did they plug the tire at no cost the technician working on the vehicle took the time to check the air pressure in the other three tires. Because of how friendly the staff was and the attention to detail they demonstrated, they have now gained my trust to do all my future service work.....It's refreshing to come across a service department that truly does seem to care about the customer. The Service helper Robert was very helpful and friendly. He kept me informed about my vehicle while I was having it repaired. I have a 2002 Mazada and recently had a couple problems with my car. The drivers side window would not roll up and I had a small oil leak. From the minute I drove my car into the service driveway until the time I picked it up, my service was exceptional. They called me regularly to let me know what problems they had found and we discussed what needed to be done to fix the problems. Because of my exceptional service, I decided to have a complete tune up while my car was there. I trust these people. They were honest and did the work in a timely fashion.
