I have been buying cars for a very long time and I am to the point where I don't even want to walk into a dealership anymore. Chris and Jorge were awesome. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Allen (salesman) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Worked out the deal and went to see their finance guy Karim to do the paperwork. He said we qualified for a 4th year on the maintenance package and 3 extra months of our finance rate with no mention of costing more. Great we thought. Too good to be true. When it was all said and done we were charged $1500 for the 4th year and to get the extra months of financing was with a $2500 service contract. We told them we did not agree to that. Karim said we did. He never brought up any extra cost and we felt misled. Karim argued with us and said he did not mislead us but did acknowledge that he did not bring up the cost. To say you get something without saying it is going to cost extra and how much IS MISLEADING. If you are going to buy a car here I would double and triple check your contract. More

Set an appointment to come see/buy a car the next day. Got a text the morning of the appointment to confirm that I'm coming to the appointment and I respond saying I will be there. Arrived on time to my appointment to be told that the car I had an appointment to see was sold. It would've been great to have the car reserved 1 day for my appointment, but I understand making a sale if someone else is already ready to buy the car. However, they clearly had my contact information to text me before, but neglected to notify me that the car was sold because they wanted to bring me in to buy some other car. I drove 45 minutes out to Clear Lake on a Friday night for nothing. Very disappointing and waste of my time. Salesman tried to sell me a newer version of the car for more money, but I preferred to take my business to another dealership. More
