I have finally found a dealership that cares about its customers. I took my Mazda in for service here after having been to another dealership. Clear Lake Mazda has a great service department that was a help on the phone first. I made my appointment and took in my car. Brain was very knowledgable and listened to what I said was wrong with the car. He took in the car and had it analyzed suggesting specific repairs within less than an hour. He called me at work telling me what was wrong. I told him to do them. My car is running super. I felt that this dealership cared for my needs and did not try to take me to the cleaners on the repairs suggested and completed. And, the car is running great now. This is now my service center for my car. More
We were in the market for a used vehicle, but the great deal we received from Clear Lake Mazda allowed us to purchase a new CX-7, with the amenities that we wanted, and at the price we wanted to pay. Darol Anthony, our salesperson, provided us the highest level of customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, sensitive to our needs, and provided us straight answers. Don't believe any of the "new management" garbage that they are trying to spin. All they have here is terrible, overpriced service and rude employees. Coming in for a standard oil change and tire rotation they are trying to spin. All they have here is terrible, overpriced service and rude employees. Coming in for a standard oil change and tire rotation, they put me as the last priority and made me wait several hours during a low volume time. They misspelled my name after several corrections and were very rude. They proceeded to overcharge me for their services and add in all sorts of hidden charges. When I went out to my car the interior had been moved around and trashed, including several personal objects being tossed on the floor. Thanks, Mazda of Clear Lake. You have ensured that I will never ever send my car in if you are the last dealership on earth, and I am now on a crusade to ensure that everyone knows about this. More

After comparing the quote we received to other dealer prices, we decided to go with Mazda of Clear Lake because they offered us the best price along with free oil changes for life and window tint. This dealership has given us by far the most stress-free and enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. More
The Service Department was efficiently run. I called ahead for an appointment and Brian was ready with all of my paperwork and had me in and out in approx. 15 minutes. After leaving a previous Mazda dealership disgusted, My husband I felt this encounter could not represent all Mazda dealerships. The Clear Lake Mazda Dealership rolled out the red carpet for us from the t husband I felt this encounter could not represent all Mazda dealerships. The Clear Lake Mazda Dealership rolled out the red carpet for us from the time we stepped onto their lot. Every employee who made eye contact greeted us and made us feel like special guest. My husband called the dealership and told Alex what we were looking for. Alex attempted to assure us that his dealership could take care of us. After just having had an awful experience we really didn’t know what to expect and was hesitant to put our faith in him. To our surprise when we got there, the car was waiting for us and being warmed up for us to test drive (the night was really cold). Once we arrived Alex introduced us to Jonathan our salesperson and what an impression. Jonathan smiled the entire time and he is so knowledgeable about the Mazda product even from a mechanics point of view. Even Bobby (general manager) came out to greet us and thanked us for choosing their dealership. After viewing the car we went inside to complete some paper work and this process went very smoothly. I didn't have to play any games and was able to negotiate on a fair price (Edmunds)with Bobby. This particular dealer's incentives are worth making a deal through them - free oil changes and free loaner car for the life of owning the vehicle. I've purchased a few cars in my past and can't say that I have had an experience that even closely measures with this one. Thank you Clear Lake Mazda. I had been having issues with my 2005 RX-8 running correctly. I had taken it to several dealers and no one could seem to find the issue. From the moment I drove into the service department, I knew I was at the right place. Their customer service is exceptional. Robert greeted me promptly and listened as I explained the problem. He told me not to worry they could look at it that day. I left the car and went to work. Later that afternoon he called to tell me they had identified the issue, a broken wire. WOW, all the time spent at other dealers only to find a broken wire caused all my problems. I would highly recommend Robert and the team at Mazda of Clear Lake. They are professional, courteous and knowledgable. Thanks so much wonderful experience. My car is running great!! More
