These characters are shady. Always double check and triple check their math as it gets a bit "creative." They lied on the official paperwork about the mileage on this new car (to the tune of 300+ miles). The car had been DRIVEN down from Dallas (which was not disclosed) and had numerous scratches when it was delivered to me the day after I signed the paper work. I received the car with the gas gauge on empty. If I wanted a car that had already been scratched during someone else's joy ride, I would have continued to purchase used vehicles. In fact, after this experience, I can say that I will probably return to that practice (previous sales experiences at other dealerships purchasing a used vehicle have certainly been better and more honest than this one). I am certainly unlikely to ever again purchase a new car from this dealership or to recommend it to a friend. If this is really the make you want, find another dealership or beware. More

Somehow the first submission had no scores above, so here it is again. This is a great dealership. I had looked at two other Mazda dealers in the area and could not get a good price on the CX9 model. Went in "just looking" and drove out the owner of a new CX9. The deal I got at Clear Lake was far better than the other dealers I went to. Plus, I have all the perks they offer after the sale. He called me when my car was finished having explained the cost factors of my visit before I left. I like knowing what I will owe before I leave my car. This is a great dealership.
