PRE APPROVED FOR 21,900.00 IT TOOK THEM ALL WEEKEND TO GET BACK THEN TOLD US WE WERE APPROVED FOR 12,000.00 OK B.S.THESE OTHER MESSAGES PPL ARE PUTTING ARE PROBABLY THE SALEMEN. I would rate the sales staff as very friendly and honest. I worked specifically with Fred Souflee and thought he was very friendly, honest and informative. I purchased a Mazda 3 from Mazda of Clear Lake in late January 2010. I requested quotes from area dealerships and found Mazda of Clear Lake responsive and they quoted a reasonable price. Another trip to Clear Lake Mazda to have routine servicing on my car. I called ahead to make an appointment with my service advisor who had left the dealership. However, I was referred through the service department manager to another service rep. I should not have been concerned. The new guy was super. He was genuinely attentive to my needs. He called me when my car was finished having explained the cost factors of my visit before I left. I like knowing what I will owe before I leave my car. This is a great dealership. I picked up my car this evening after leaving it for servicing. I was very pleased with my new advisor. He was cordial and was very attentive as I explained what was wrong with the auto.
