From the minute I walked into the dealership about a week ago, I received friendly and courteous help. He was very low-key (no pressure), very friendly, answered all my questions. He even got into the trunk of the Mazda6 to show me how roomy it was. Then I talked to Bobby Simmons and he was equally helpful and friendly. When I said I needed to talk to my son before I made a decision, he totally accepted that. I called Mr. Simmons once or twice after my initial visit, and each time he was friendly and helpful. Then two days before I came in to actually buy my Mazda6, I came by again for another look and the opportunity to drive the Mazda6 again. When I first got out of my car, another salesmen came to see if I needed help, and when I asked for Ryan, he led me to him. On Wednesday, Aug. 25, my son met me at the dealership around 5:30 p.m. Ryan had already gone to get the Mazda6 I was interested in because I arrived ahead of my son. My son was very impressed with the car, very pleased with the deal Mr. Simmons offered me, and we began the process to finalize the sale. I think we left with the car around 8:30 p.m. I was very reluctant to part with my 1996 Mazda MX6 because I dearly loved that car and took excellent car of it. I bought it when the dealership was owned under the name Clear Lake Mazda. At any rate, I felt I was given a fair price for it, $1,000.00, and I am so delighted with my new Mazda6 that I haven't missed the MX6 too much, although I was very partial to it's distinctive look and loved the fact that it was a manual shift. More
I had a great experience. It was busy when we got there, but they got us to someone fairly quickly. They worked with us to to get close to our wanted payments and got us into the car we needed. This dealership called me about being approved for 20,000. So I drove out there mind you it is one hr and twenty minutes from my home I found a Nitro I wanted and completed the paperwork since it was 20,000. I have called several times with promises they would call me back in five minutes and still nothing. But I did purchase my Nitro already from another dealership and I love it. But I wanted everyone to know this place sucks so bad i would not want my worst enemy to shop there. More
I sent out more than 10 internet requests for new car prices around the entire city of Houston. He allowed me to test drive both an RX8 and a Mazdaspeed 3 with absolutely NO PRESSURE! I left that evening to test drive a Volgswagen GTI and Honda SI and he and the Sales Manager both allowed me to leave that night without a hard close. They said they 'welcomed the comparision' because it would only help them sell the Mazdaspeed 3 after I drove the other cars! They were right! The next day I went back to Mazda of Clear Lake and purchased my new 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 in what has to be the easiest, most straight forward, and honest car purchase of my Life! Fred Souflee and Mazda of Clear Lake treated me fantastic! I couldn't be happier! More

For the first time ever, our dealer experience was outstanding. We were greeted by the general manager upon our arrival, and were then introduced to Darol, our sales associate who would show us and te outstanding. Darol was hands down the best sales associate we've ever dealt with. His knowledge of the car was excellent. When the model and color of the vehicle wasn't available on their sales lot, he went to their backup lot to bring it to show to us. He made sure we were comfortable at all times. My only complaint was with the finance department. We waited a while to close our deal with them (probably 45 minutes or more) and there were no magazines or television to keep us entertained. Once we saw the finance guy, we signed a bunch of blank, generic forms and the printed sales agreements, but we didn't receive copies of any of them. They are supposed to be mailed to us in two weeks, which I'm not 100% comfortable with. After we got home, we realized that we never signed the agreement of sale. So the next day, we had to return to the dealership to sign the form. Still with this hiccup, it was a great experience dealing with this dealership. I'd buy another car from them in the future. More

They were prepared with information from Edmunds.com's TMV pricing--as were we--so it was pretty painless and forthright and we came to an agreement with both of our printouts in front of us and bought a car. Even at the end w/Finance manager--he asked about extras (ext. warranties, etc...) but didn't push, we said no thank you, and that was it--no pressure. At the end the paperwork listed everything you'd expect, nothing sneaky. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
