The sales consultants were all very friendly and helpful, especially Fred and Jesse, who also helped us out. They answered all of the questions that we had. The free oil changes and other services that they especially Fred and Jesse, who also helped us out. They answered all of the questions that we had. The free oil changes and other services that they offer really make it worthwhile. The only complaint that I have is that they put one price on the vehicle and then when you decide you want to buy it they increase the price saying that the one on the vehicle is what they pay for the car. If this is true then they need to just put what they want for the car as the price. Other than that I am very pleased with the vehicle and the experience of shopping at Mazda of Clear Lake. I would recommend them to friends and family. More
I have never had as friendly and easy of a time to buy a car. The service was out of this world. I felt more like vip than a buyer. Will be back. car. The service was out of this world. I felt more like vip than a buyer. Will be back. More
I came to look at the Mazda 3 and Clay was very helpful. He seemed to know everything about the car, and told me about it without me even having to ask. I ended up coming back the next day to purchase it! He seemed to know everything about the car, and told me about it without me even having to ask. I ended up coming back the next day to purchase it! I came across them from the internet. Took the print out and got a similar car with the internet discount. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of choice in colors for a standard. They worked f and got a similar car with the internet discount. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of choice in colors for a standard. They worked for 3 days to get me the deal they could, and with all the freebies included with the purchase is worth the value of the car. More
There is just to much to write here. I bought a used car approximately 6-8 weeks ago. It was actually delivered to my home 45 miles away as I was going to be out of town when the car had some repairs to ma approximately 6-8 weeks ago. It was actually delivered to my home 45 miles away as I was going to be out of town when the car had some repairs to make before I would purchase. It had a bad spot on on door that needed body work and re-painting, and the tire pressure sensor was always on. I returned home from being gone that weekend on a Sunday. I went out to start the car and it was deader than a door nail. After jumping the car, driving it for about 15 minutes to charge the battery, when I turned off the engine I noticed the headlights would not go off which is what drained the battery. It took about 3 days of emails and phone calls and they finally told me to bring it in. After having the car for over a week (come to find out they sent it to another dealer as it was a Suzuki, and apparently their service department wasn't capable of fixing it). I never received update calls, I always had to initiate a status. Finally after almost 2 weeks they said they found the problem, a bad switch on the stick on the steering wheel and it was now fixed. However, they had rolled down the window after repair and when they tried to roll it up, it wouldn't. So they had to order a new window actuator/regulator. Another week and after I had called and emailed a few times (no they never called me and several times after leaving messages, they wouldn't even return my call), they said it was ready. I went to the dealership again, and when I got in the car, even before trying to start the doors were making sounds as if they were letting off air. I yelled at the service guy, Chris, and he came out and heard the horrible noise as well. So once again, I left the vehicle. Another 3 weeks, no return calls, no customer service what so ever. Finally yesterday when i called them (yes I called them), they said it was ready. So I went to pick it up. When I started the car, the gas needle was not on the E for empty, but in the red as if it wouldn't even register there was any gas, plus the low fuel warning was on. I got out of the car, told Chris I doubted it would even have enough gas to get me to a station so he took the car to the back and put in 5 gallons (I took it in with 3/4's of a tank) and the 5 gallons was barely over the 1/4 mark. I was so put out and disappointed at this point, I just wanted to get away from such a poor service department, the worst customer service I have ever experienced (I've probably purchased 15 vehicles in the last 30 years for me and my family members). When I sent emails to the used car manager and the sales guy I dealt with in the first place telling them how disappointed I was with the time (I had to pay for my first car payment and the increased insurance coverage before I ever even got to drive the car home) and that I wanted to share my experience with the General Manager - guess what? Yes, you're right, no return email or phone call. Even though I have lifetime free oil and lubes, I will never step a foot inside that dealership again. The service department, and the used car sales area should be ashamed of themselves. More

My wife and I went to look at the Mazda 2. We had visited other dealerships honda, toyota, nissan. The greetings we got from these other dealerships was not as well recieved as it was from mazda of clear lak other dealerships honda, toyota, nissan. The greetings we got from these other dealerships was not as well recieved as it was from mazda of clear lake! And most other dealerships would not budge off MSRP. Chris Danzell set us up for a test ride, and made us a deal on the Mazda 2 we could not pass up!! Even took my trade in site unseen!!
