I don't buy cars all that often, and honestly, I tend to despise the experience. Everyone has an agenda. You need to get a good vehicle, that fits your needs, for a price you can afford. The dealership needs to make money and stay financially viable. You need the best deal, and so do they. It winds up being this back and forth mess that no one feels like they truly win. This was different. And I am thankful to say that Juan was amazing. He didn't try to oversell us, but it truly felt like he cared about us and wanted what was best for our family. He took the time to explain things to us and point us in the right direction. When I say he came and showed us the price, and I told him my bottom dollar price one time, I mean it. That was the extent of the negotiations. And, when I went to financing, it was not pushy or sales-y.
