Service Advisor was Chris Dove. Glad I was able to have my Roadtrek towed earlier than scheduled appointment. Got prompt feedback as to why the engine light was on and what parts needed to be replaced on my Roadtrek towed earlier than scheduled appointment. Got prompt feedback as to why the engine light was on and what parts needed to be replaced on or about the appointment date. Able to keep Roadtrek there about a week after work was completed due to hazardous road conditions over the passes. Picked up vehicle on Monday and the check engine light is off. Hopefully the problem is fixed. I click on SERVICE below but system stays on sales/sales dept. so I am not completing any more of this survey.
