Low Stress Transaction. I purchased a 2017 F-150 on the last day of 2017. I had talked with Doug Scribner a couple of times on the telephone about a specific vehicle and he I purchased a 2017 F-150 on the last day of 2017. I had talked with Doug Scribner a couple of times on the telephone about a specific vehicle and he had been patient and clear in his answers to my questions. When I showed up to take a look at the truck we talked more specifics, I took it for a drive then began the process of purchasing the vehicle. The majority of he paper work was done by Mike Woods who, in a relatively short time, arranged the financing and offered an extension of the warranty. No hard sell by either of them. I drove the new truck home and, with their permission, left my old vehicle with them until I could return with a second driver to pick it up. I have received a follow up phone call and email from Doug offering to answer questions and asking if I was satisfied with the vehicle. I don't buy vehicles often and appreciate the atmosphere and ease of dealing with these guys. More

Good people with kindness Coming in from the more urban area this gem hidden in the Midwest should not be over looked for those looking to buy. A down to earth sales staff listened to our needs, payment goals, gave us a fair trade-in deal and offered that genuine sense of car buying with out the stress. BJ Johnson Jon DeLong and Mike Woods went out of their way to wait for us not once but twice as they kept their doors open after hours so we could make that perfect buy.
