Had a great buying experience!! I was very impressed with this dealership!! BJ our salesman was very thorough and honest. I saw the vehicle online and since it was a couple hours awa I was very impressed with this dealership!! BJ our salesman was very thorough and honest. I saw the vehicle online and since it was a couple hours away for us BJ was very helpful with sending us pictures that we asked for and answering all of our questions. Sometimes a vehicle can look different once you see it in person but the pictures BJ sent us were accurate and spot-on. They even had the Yukon detailed before we got there and ready for us to look at and then went over it once more before we drove it home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Great place to buy a vehicle!! More

The sales team was responsive to inquiries and questions that I had throughout the purchase of our new vehicle. BJ was the sales representative while Mike Woods (Woody) assisted with the paperwork and purchase. Both were pleasant and the experience has a much more personal touch than at other dealerships. There was none of that overbearing pressure to purchase that one may find at other car dealerships. I have now purchased two vehicles through Delong Ford and continue to take them there for service. I would recommend this dealership to friends. More

More than memorable I found the truck I was looking for on autotrader and contacted the dealer right away. I received a call and email from Woody and things were nothing I found the truck I was looking for on autotrader and contacted the dealer right away. I received a call and email from Woody and things were nothing but great from there. We negotiated everything over phone and email. Woody was patient with all my questions and requests and more than understanding of the hassles my lending institution gave us. When I arrived at the dealer, after a 260 mile drive, I was greeted with a friendly smile and handshake that you would expect of a rural dealer like this. The entire pick up and paperwork process at the dealer took less than an hour and I was on my way in the truck I've been looking for for years. Even though I was only there for an hour, Woody made me feel comfortable and that he cared about me. I got to experience the new truck on my 260 ride home and I am more than happy with it. My only regret is that i didn't get to try the BBQ joint across the street from the dealer. It was a pleasure working with you, Woody. I will absolutely loom here first for my next truck or my wife's next vehicle. Thank you! More
