The next day I called Tyler about the car advising that I wanted to purchase it. After a bit of negotiating I bought the car on New Year's Eve! Even the negotiation was "haggle-free." Tyler's demeanor was perfect. He was not "pushy" or aggressive about selling the car. A quiet, family man, he was very helpful answering any questions and explained the features of my car in a matter-of-fact way. All the new technology and features almost seemed overwhelming, but after the purchase I left with a feeling that he would be happy to answer any of my questions about my car.
