Thank you for this review. We strive every day to provide a good and safe service to our customers. We have not required our employees to wear masks but have made masks available to them and our customers upon request. We have created 3 separate waiting areas in order to enable customers to space themselves according to their comfort level. We also wipe every car contact areas upon arrival and again when complete. We also spray a fog over the furniture and other contact areas on a regular basis. We wipe the credit card machine after every transaction. There is not a perfect scenario but please be assured that we are working every day to keep everyone safe. We have over 60 employees and have a policy of paying anyone that even believes they were in contact with the virus while they take a test and wait at home for the results to come back negative. We believe by paying them during this process, that no one will keep quiet concerned about money. So far, we have had no positive test results. As the virus seems to be on an uptick in Florida right now, we are ordering more supplies and implementing further safety measures. Sincerely, Kurt Dye General Manager
