I was told I did not have certain coverage on my vehicle by one service advisor and then after reaching out to another personal in finance they said something different. I have a Nissan Armada Platinum Mode by one service advisor and then after reaching out to another personal in finance they said something different. I have a Nissan Armada Platinum Model and I am having issues with the headrest DVD Players skipping excessively and also the laser inside the DVD Players is scratching my children’s DVD’s. Guess what they said it’s not covered. So why get a Platinum Model when an essential product is supposedly not coverage under warranty?! It makes zero sense. I am very disappointed with Deland Nissan. More
