We had new noise in our Murano after our A/C compressor failed and was replaced earlier this year. Kavette Kimbrough was great when I called. When I brought the Murano in, she patiently listened to my expl failed and was replaced earlier this year. Kavette Kimbrough was great when I called. When I brought the Murano in, she patiently listened to my explanation. Richard replaced the compressor after finding a problem. After we got the Murano back, my wife and I still heard a noise. I was able to take it back and Richard took a road test with me. We heard the noise and Richard narrowed it down to the tubing running from the new compressor. He realigned the tubing and the noise went away! Kavette and Richard are great! More

On this visit for car wash service, when I returned home I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I spoke to the service advisor Aki and she told me that she needs to talk to the service manager and during the afternoon she called me letting me know that the service manager approved replacement of the part, the part was replaced and my vehicle is like new again. Excelent Service !!! More
