I would like to express my deep disappointment in the service I received a couple of weeks ago. I have been a long time customer of this center and this recent visit did not reflect the service I was acc service I received a couple of weeks ago. I have been a long time customer of this center and this recent visit did not reflect the service I was accustomed to. I brought my car for a regular oil change. Once I arrived I notified the service representative that my tire pressure light was on. He indicated that if my sensors needed changing I would have to pay a fee which I declined. I expected for my tires to be check for low pressure however it appears that this was not done. Although my tires were installed by a third party and incorrectly I experienced very low tire pressure immediately after pulling out of the parking lot of the service center. My car was not drivable as I crossed the intersection. I was forced to have my car towed and have it looked at by the third party who installed my tires. As I revisited the inspection report that was texted to me prior to leaving the center it indicated that my tires where “OK”. As I was explained the inspection report indicated I needed an alignment due to “ tire wear” I advised the service personnel that I was surprised by this being that I had the tires installed a couple of hours prior to this oil change. Once notified of this, the person advised that he might have made a mistake on this recommendation. As I write this today I have a light on my dashboard indicating maintenance filter. I am unsure if this was not reset at the time of my oil, change a couple of weeks ago. Although I know that I had problems with third party installation, I am disappointed to see that these issues could have been prevented once I had my car serviced. After having the tires installed correctly, the tire pressure light has been off also indicating me that the pressure was truly the issue on the day I brought my vehicle in and not a sensor. This is not an email to get anything out of this but only to make you aware of my specific experience. More
They repaired my electrical outlets on the dash, the worked when I picked up my truck but that afternoon, the passenger side outlet went out again. I've been very happy with Deland Nissan. They are a completely different dealership than they were 20 yrs ago. I used to have a lot of anxiety when taking my car in for service. Now.
