I think your estimates are ridiculous. Over $500 for spark plugs and to put them in?..... Absurd! I also think that you're not very thorough because you're supposed to be doing checks/inspections on my spark plugs and to put them in?..... Absurd! I also think that you're not very thorough because you're supposed to be doing checks/inspections on my vehicle whenever I come. Some things have been fixed other places but yet you still have them listed as things that need done and you also don't list things that I know need maintenance such as the windshield wipers. If you were doing actual thorough inspections, you would have listed that my windshield wipers need changed. More
