I paid for them to find a leak in my car.. they were wrong. I found the leak on my own somewhere else. What a disappointment. I come here all the time but this time blew my mind. They suggested they could seal it to try to fix it instead of me spending the ridiculous amount of money on a new door. Come to find out after sealing where they told me, the leak is from the window. I bet the window is a fraction of the price to replace than the door if I agreed to pay all the money to replace the door, it would have came with a new window and I never would have know the difference. I think they were hoping I would agree to the door and make a huge profit. Instead they lost my business completely. But I have to say throughout the whole thing Aki was great and helpful. I’m sure she had no idea and was only going off what the mechanic told her. More

Kevin was a delight! Great attitude. Very polite. Made sure we were communicating well. I WAS surprised that the rotation of tires bought there do not receive free rotations.
