Oil change Normally I go to Bill Ray where I bought my 2019 Altima SR, but it’s always nearly impossible to get an appointment on a Saturday and even when I get Normally I go to Bill Ray where I bought my 2019 Altima SR, but it’s always nearly impossible to get an appointment on a Saturday and even when I get one it takes at least 2 hours to complete. This time after I was told it would be about 3 hours I said never-mind I will go to Deland Nissan. I’m glad I did because it was a much better experience overall, nice people and much shorter wait. The only thing that I would suggest is that they be aware of specials, because I also wanted new wiper blades and I asked about the current special. He said there wasn’t one so I said it’s ok maybe the special I saw was at Bill Ray. When I got home I looked on the back of my work order receipt and there was the special I asked about, plus the oil change cost was more than I’m used to.. Other than that it was awesome.. More
