Tess I looked into this and indeed your lug nuts were on backwards. The type of lug nuts you have are hollow the whole way through but they are tapered in one end to assist in holding the wheel in place. Your lug nuts were put on wherever you had prior service with the flat end against the wheel which doesn’t hold the wheel in place and will allow it to wobble. This was a very unsafe situation that we corrected. I am sorry that this happened to you but feel that we had no choice to correct it and share with you. Thank you, Kurt Dye General Manager
