Long wait I drive to your dealership not only because I bought my van there but because your staff is always very friendly and helpful. But I made a 2 o’clock appointment for an oil change and I had to wait 2hours and 45 minutes. The receptionist said even though I made an appointment they still take in all the walk ins at the same time. Why do you have appointment slots if you don’t use them? Not sure if I’ll return. More
