Hose replacement Jenifer got my car in promptly as i had an 8 am appointment. She called me when it was done and i inspected the work and very satisfied. recall So I made an appointment with services for 10:00 on Saturday morning. I spoke with, Karren in services and asked if I could drop the vehicle off Frida So I made an appointment with services for 10:00 on Saturday morning. I spoke with, Karren in services and asked if I could drop the vehicle off Friday night and I was told to put the keys in the envelope and put the keys in the drop box. The container that was suppose to keep the envelopes in it was filled with trash and other items. When I went to the cashier to see if the envelopes were in there the young lady had no idea what I was talking about, matter of fact she was completely useless. She was able to find a couple of words to piece together a sentence but her favorite words were UMMMMM and I'm not sure. Finally, I received a call at 7:50 on a Saturday morning from Mark in the service department because he needed to know what the vehicle was there for because I didn't have and appointment. Really, because not only did I call for the appointment but I called back to make sure I could drop it off on Friday night as apposed to Saturday morning.I was really disappointed with this visit. More
