I don’t understand every time I ask for my tires to be rotated , they always have a excuse this is the third time on this vehicle it hasn’t been done , then I was over charged on my oil change . Service: Got an appointment within a few days after buying my vehicle to get the hitch installed on my new pathfinder. The first time they called and set appt and we went in and they didn’t have all the parts and so we left and had to make another appt to come back in and do it again. The service the second time was good it took around four hours to do and expected the wait. All I say is make sure you have all the parts before making the appointment because it was a waste of time and gas the first time around. More

I was working with 5 dealerships to find a used truck for my kids. Only one salesperson out of a team of sales & managers @ those other combined dealerships, Tyler, thought outside of the box to deliver a tr my kids.
