Paper Work for Mobility rebate I went in to get paperwork for a rebate for a mobility seat for my mom I had installed in her Ram1500. He was very helpful in the paperwork along with I went in to get paperwork for a rebate for a mobility seat for my mom I had installed in her Ram1500. He was very helpful in the paperwork along with making the copies I needed to go into the packet to send to the mobility rebate company. While I was there he took the time to look for the paperwork and I had to return the next day for service so he completed paperwork after I left and when I returned he was in the process of completing the paperwork. While I was waiting for the truck to be serviced I was speaking with Foster about my truck in just general. He then went so far as to look up various things I was questioning him about. He printed out showing me things so I would have knowledge for my specific make and engine and model. He went so far as to explain each thing what it was meant to do and went into details. When I need another vehicle I will go to Foster. He goes above the call of his duty. Thanks you Foster Zebuth. Great job and thank you for extra time you spent explaining things. More

After many years of wondering what had happen to him, there he was sitting at a desk in your lobby. After asking someone for a brochure on new trucks, he was the one that came and gave me the brochure. So, things just took off from there. Reminiscing of old times, friendships and fellow guardsmen’s now he has started to help me in purchasing a new 2019 Dodge Ram. He has explained a lot of new features, colors and now the new interiors on the new models plus additional information regarding the size of a truck. (From a quad cab to a crew cab.) Other questions were asked regarding the bed size and if my topper would fit. He explained to me about having the fold down window that would be easier to clean. He was full of information and it will not be long before I am in there to purchase a new truck…..and possibly my wife a new car. Sincerely, David A Davis More

The absolute worst experience my friend ever had. Went to get suv ready for hurricane. ect...just oil change and fluid check,. Poor Service, not told the truth.. Took the truck in for a leak at passenger door. The service rep was told to call prior to any work. That did not happen. Got home, checked out the door, still have the leak the day I took it to the dealer. Well, "we have a contractor/independent service company that takes care of those issues", kind of makes you feel empty handed. Where is the responsibility from the dealer? Stay away, honesty, truth.....very questionable from this service department. More
Good changes taking place I am only reserving a higher rating until my next visit. In a nutshell, I was "forced" to buy a new car as my 300 died....so ended up with a Jeep Pat I am only reserving a higher rating until my next visit. In a nutshell, I was "forced" to buy a new car as my 300 died....so ended up with a Jeep Patriot. Not a good decision and it is not a great vehicle but after a year plus of taking it in for service etc. I always felt that the service experience was lukewarm and I didn't really matter. Not being over sensitive, just know with my company, we have to fight for every customer and go over the edge sometimes to keep them. So. the contrast was apparent. After dropping $24 K on a new car, somehow I thought I was entitled to something more and never got even a touch of it. Left each time feeling why do I keep going back? "they don't give a ......"? So, just yesterday I had my idiot warning lights go off, (yes, the jeep is junk) and stopped into the dealer and apparently they have undergone some staff training or new staff or someone cast a spell on them. They were friendly, courteous, eye contact, genuine and got it fixed on time and for the first time I felt great when leaving. The little things make a huge difference and apparently they are making some changes that I appreciate! Whatever you are doing, keep it up and the results will be there. Thanks to John in service and the shuttle driver who were both very positive representatives of Hurley. More

I arrived with an appointment to get some key fobs programmed. With the tools they have here, it is at most a 20 minute job. I was there for 2 hours before they gave me an update that they had started working on making the keys. An hour after that I finally was able to leave. Ridiculous More
