just now New This dealership is the worst in the state. A customer purchased a truck and 2 weeks later the battery died. Dealership blamed the customer and dis nothing to help the customer. I brought my A customer purchased a truck and 2 weeks later the battery died. Dealership blamed the customer and dis nothing to help the customer. I brought my jeep in for repairs and the service tech broke my ignition wood panel and glued it back on and said it was like that when the jeep came in. They did nothing to fix their mistake. They also don't wash cars have no loaners and no shuttle to pick up customers instead the will bill you for a enterprise rental. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They even threw out my old keyfobs without asking for my permission. This is their quality workmanship photo included... More

I took my Chrysler Pacifica in to have the batteries replaced. My start/stop light was on. A few days later, the start/stop light came back on. I took a closer look at my invoice & found that they on replaced. My start/stop light was on. A few days later, the start/stop light came back on. I took a closer look at my invoice & found that they only replaced ONE battery. This vehicle has two. I took it back in & they said the charge to replace the second battery was over $200. My husband asked why they didn't replace it when they did the first one. They said I didn't ask for that. I would think the mechanic would know enough to check ALL batteries, but not here. They said labor would be over 2 hours for that one battery, because it was in the fender well. My second battery is NOT in the fender well. That was a change they made after 2017. They charged me about $98 (since i had to drive about an hour to get there) labor to replace the battery when they could have done it easily the first time. And that was half off!!!! The first battery the labor was $36.00. It took the same amount of time as the second battery.....I know this because they time stamp everything. And while it looked like it took longer, I'm sure they will remember that my husband called & wanted them to wait until he checked further online about placement of second battery. He was right!!! So the time stamp was off about 20 minutes while i waited for the okay from the hubby. Their people are not knowledgeable about what is on the vehicle & don't bother to check. I told the service girl that the start/stop light was on. That should have clued them that the battery for that system was not working. BTW, my total bill to replace 2 batteries was $916.00 & some change.....highway robbery!!! I have since checked with another local company.....not a car dealer & the price was a little more than $500. We certainly will NOT be returning to this dealership & my husband will probably replace the batteries himself should I still have the vehicle when it is due again. More
Nash got all my repairs done promptly and even provided a loaner car for me while mine was in for repairs. The work they did was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back there again for my Jeeps service loaner car for me while mine was in for repairs. I brought my Gladiator in for an oil change. Nash checked me in and answered some questions. The oil change took longer than expected because there were only 2 techs there that day. He was very Nash checked me in and answered some questions. The oil change took longer than expected because there were only 2 techs there that day. He was very apologetic and gave me a discount and 2 $20 carwash gift certificates for my troubles. That is customer service! Thank you Nash! More
Second time having issues w/this dealer. Out of the 7 years of ownership of my 2500 Cummins (still under extended warranty) and the 6 plus dealers I've used while traveling to work on it, th Out of the 7 years of ownership of my 2500 Cummins (still under extended warranty) and the 6 plus dealers I've used while traveling to work on it, this is the only one I've had to give a very poor rating to, AGAIN! I call, make an apt listing what’s wrong, complete w/Eng codes. I am first at the door on the apt day, then sit, sit and sit only to have them tell me (after I've wasted a day’s work sitting there) "Oh.,, you'll have to come back, we couldn’t get to this or that, we had to order a part etc.". Then I'm told to "call them" and remind them to check and see if the part came in on the date, they say it would and am told "not yet" a couple of times. next they forget about it all together (have texts showing this the case) so now I’m VERY Frustrated as I call once again and suspiciously they say on Friday night, "Oh" it just came in an hour ago (two weeks after it was supposed to be there.) My old dealerships would normally after such a delay and "forgetfulness" slot me for a date where I could be first in, get it done while waiting and get out asap so I don’t miss more work BUT NOT THIS dealer. They just say drop it off and we'll try and get to it. I've been a Mopar guy most of my life but living here has the wife and I looking at other brands with a solid shop we can count on to fix the issues w/out a major ordeal taking place. I guess if you xxxxx about crap service (Last issue where they wanted to keep my truck for two weeks while waiting on the part..., like anyone can afford no work truck that long) This used to be a good dealership and was very reliable and quick w/excellent customer service but man o man I either keep getting the "newbie" trainees or they just don’t care anymore with the shortage of vehicle’s. Which in the long run will end and a coming economy crash will have them back to providing “good service” and normal pricing after losing good customers. BEWARE local Mopar buyers that if you buy from them you may not be digging the quality of service, I sure don’t. My Service reps name is Nash by the way, maybe don’t get him??? Good luck! More
