Overall a good experience my only negative would be that they make you purchase something called Pro pack ,that I would not have purchased. My husband and I are from Tampa but we found the vehicle we wanted at this dealership. We were willing to make the drive if they made us the right deal for our trade and purchase. Through no fault of this dealership, it took 19 weeks from ordering to delivery (the only disappointing feature of the whole buying process)! That said, every time I walked in to check the status, Ray g from ordering to delivery (the only disappointing feature of the whole buying process)!
