this place is scamming people i brought my 2012 ram for an oil change which took over two hours. Then the service girl tells me I need a new fuel cap for 30$ I said no thank you. t i brought my 2012 ram for an oil change which took over two hours. Then the service girl tells me I need a new fuel cap for 30$ I said no thank you. the following day I go to put fuel in my truck and its rejecting the fuel. So I look into it and find that my fuel vent line might be clogged. The next day after work I decide to get under my truck and blow out the vent line. It wasn't clearing so I followed the vent line to the gas tank and sure enough I see a pair of vice grips pinching the VENT line. Now how would that all of a sudden get there? I know the tech John clamped them on so I would have to come back and have him install a new fuel cap that I really didn't need. I just wonder how many other people they do this to? I would stay far away from this dealership and especially theyre service dept. More

Decided to at least inquire about and was working via email with Debbie Z. She was initially friendly and helpful. However, I did not want to drive that far to "dicker". I found a van that was more local and tried to get it only to led on by the dealer "hey we got you approved at your payment but we sold the van",,, exactly the stuff I was trying to avoid. I decide to give Debbie another shot. I explained to her that I pretty much wanted a deal in place before driving that far,,, she worked the deal for my trade on her end (both of us working on blind faith) and got the numbers where I could do the deal. I drove up there to be met by her at the door smiling and we just chatted as we looked at the van, no pressure. Needless to say between her and the good price I got on the van, I bought it. She was great, the dealership offered to overnight the papers for my wife (she couldn't go with me) to sign. Away I drove with the van. No dickering, no lies, no BS. A good car buying experience. Extraordinary Car Buying Experience - Ray Reyes I had the pleasure of working with Ray Reyes and Johalvy Thompson. They made my vehicle purchase very easy. I went to the store met with Johalvy Thompson who introduced me to a retired Marine name Ray Reyes. He made sure my grand children were entertained, gave us snacks and set up the TV in the waiting area so that I could concentrate on the vehicle purchase. We worked a great deal on a Chrysler Town and Country. They both took the time to go over all the features and to ensure my items from my previous vehicle were moved over to my new vehicle. I did not have to lift a finger. They had my paperwork ready and I got the opportunity to meet Shawn Lewis, finance manager who took the time to go over the different ways to protect my investment. I drove all the way from Orlando, over a 40 minute drive to meet these people and to see what their price guarantee was about. I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle but they made it all so simple for me. I am driving a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country and it is all so comfortable. This dealership and staff exceeded my expectations. They accommodated my family and I. They made my long trip absolutely worth it. I had worked with other dealers and found while they were too close to home and brag about non profit margins they could not give me the deal that Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram gave me. I purchased my vehicle, in 2008. It is a Jeep Liberty. When I bought my Jeep, I was shown several vehicles that would suit my needs. I was matched with this dealership via a company who works with people who have bad credit, or in my case, insufficient credit history. I met with a woman named Debbie, and her husband, Foster Zebuth. T works with people who have bad credit, or in my case, insufficient credit history. I met with a woman named Debbie, and her husband, Foster Zebuth. They were both very friendly at first, and I thanked Debbie for suggesting Partners Federal Credit Union to me, as I am a Disney cast member. I told her the terms of my loan: $11,000, 10% down payment, 5.74% interest, $211 payment, for 60 months. I told her I was looking for an import sedan, 2007-2012 year range (as per my loan agreement), such as a Honda Civic or a Toyota Camry. Instead of showing me cars within this price range, she had me fill out a separate loan application for financing through one of their banks. Not being an assertive person, I complied, and figured it wouldn't hurt to "shop around." While they worked on it, I was shown a 2010 Honda Civic that I really liked, until they came back with my financing offer. Instead of telling me my new budget, they said "I'm not sure where you got your credit score from, but it's actually pretty poor, so we're going to show you something a little newer to keep the interest rate down." Again, I humored the idea. They pulled out a 2013 Chrysler 200, something I never mentioned wanting. Foster made sure to point out every feature and knob, as I am a woman and clearly would not know these things for myself, such as what exactly a windshield wiper does. Without saying I wanted to buy the car, they showed me their offer for the car - $14,000, $350 payment. I told Debbie I would not pay this amount every month, and asked why I could not buy a car within my price range and with my loan via Partners. She insisted a newer car would be better all the way around, and that she didn't want her older cars to break down on me (how is that for reassuring?). The manager saw our struggle, and asked how he could help. I told him the terms of my loan, and he promptly asked, "and they know what your credit is like? Do you know them personally? I don't know how they did that for you." It was insulting. I am a student with a short credit history, not an irresponsible spender. I still wanted to give them a chance, so I asked to see a vehicle within my price range. They pulled out a 2012 Chrysler 200, one model year older and 10k more miles. I asked Foster, "and this is a $10,000 car?" He rudely replied, "I don't know. I'm just doing what he said." I humored this until they presented me with another offer, one to counter my credit union's offer, for $14000 and a $280 payment. I politely left, taking their offer with me, and did not return. I am a nice person, generally believe people are genuinely good, and I did not want to stir up any kind of conflict, so I did not bother to be rude to them or complain. I just wanted the chance to buy a car without someone trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman and must not know anything about cars or financing. Please just avoid this dealer, so you do not have a similar experience to mine. Thanks for reading. More
