I ended up being sent home in my vehicle barely running.I called the dealership and notified dave as soon as I felt the car running badly. I then brought the vehicle back the following day to have repairs done and to fix the issue they created while having my car to do a recall repair I was then told by the gentleman named Dave that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight in order for them to have time to look at it because they had other customers at the time the day before I spent $558 and was a customer before any of the other people the following day my vehicle was given to me running improperly I feel that my vehicle being fixed should have been first priority because the issue occurred from your company's improper job therefore I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere and having 1800 dollars worth of maintenance done to it and will not ever go to the deland Chrysler dealerships for further business More

Debbie and Foster were very helpful My husband and I are first time car buyers and we were looking for a reliable vehicle for our family. Debbie and fostee helped us get into a used 2015 My husband and I are first time car buyers and we were looking for a reliable vehicle for our family. Debbie and fostee helped us get into a used 2015 Kia soul we are paying the payment we wanted and have a warranty on our vehicle on case of anything happening. But here's the best part foster and debbie realized when we were filing everything they noticed that there finance dept over charged us and instead of pocketing the money they called us back in and resigned 2 papers and lowered our payment so beyond happy with this experience I will defiantly go back when we need another car great people happy I met them . Bad Faith Arrangements My wife and I decided to look for a 2014 or 2015 Jeep Patriot after looking for reliable, cost effective vehicles online. We visited and were assisted My wife and I decided to look for a 2014 or 2015 Jeep Patriot after looking for reliable, cost effective vehicles online. We visited and were assisted by a salesman. We laid out what we wanted, and asked if they could meet our goals. The offer we wanted wasn't on the table, so we willingly walked away. I was called back in a short time-frame, and asked to return to their location, granted that they had a "great deal from the general manager". When we returned, they offered us the same unsatisfactory deal that we initially walked away from, effectively wasting our time. It wasn't long before getting a message from the salesman, asking me to return on another day, advising that he would give us the deal we wanted. When I returned yet again, he introduced me to their finance manager, who had no idea we were guaranteed such a ridiculous promise, and was in disbelief when I showed him the conversation I'd had on record from the salesman, showing that offer. He again, offered me the deal we did not want, and I found myself wondering why I was back there. Again, we were lied to, and the offer wasn't given. After haggling, I offered to take a longer term at a higher interest rate, albeit temporarily, to get the payment in the range that I wanted, until I could afford to refinance at a later time. They made an exception with the financing institution, and closed on the deal. The deal, however, was subject to circumstances that were agreed upon by all parties. As I was trading in my vehicle as part of the deal, I would effectively be cancelling the extended warranty on said vehicle and receiving a refund. That refund would be a guaranteed down payment on the new vehicle, with the understanding that it would be signed over to them once I received it. Under this understanding, the dealership held a check from me and made a verbal agreement to hold it until those funds were available. I would sign a check-hold agreement, and return in 21 days to extend it. In 20 days, I did my due diligence to return and fulfill my word. I was advised the paperwork was on lockdown until the next day, as it was on a weekend. I called the next day (Monday morning), to reassure our intent to extend the hold when I got off work that evening, and the finance officer agreed. When I returned to Hurley that evening, I was advised that the check had been pulled and they had failed to keep to their word. I advised the finance officer that the funds weren't available. He expressed little concern for overdraft fees and negative implications for me, and simply suggested to keep in touch, and it would be acceptable to give them the funds when I received them, as initially agreed. Weeks later, Hurley, via their electronic check provider, made a second attempt to remove the funds from my account, without my knowledge, and in bad faith of our agreement. This time, they succeeded in drafting the funds from my account, causing further damage to my finances. I met with their staff regarding the matter, who refused to immediately rectify the situation. I advised them that they made a bad-faith offer and did not use due diligence, or any genuine care, for that matter, to see that they made good on their offer. The effectively broke our agreement, and accepted the fact that their staff "might have" made an agreement which they lacked the authority to do. I requested they cut me a check for the amount they took, until I could complete the payment, as was initially agreed - not to mention the excess fees we accumulated due to their error. Though the funds were immediately removed from my account, they refused to acknowledge any request for reimbursement because their third party electronic check provider had not delivered the funds to them, effectively holding me accountable for their internal shortcomings. While the finance officer researched my purchase, I overheard another finance manager and a salesman discussing a potential customer's vehicle offer. They debated on what rebates or discounts to offer this customer, i.e. military, etc... I heard "he's nobody" come up, and remained silent. It was proof enough that, instead of an honest, up front, best offer... these salesman, like any other, will not give their customers the best possible deal. They will deliberate, and haggle, and only give you the offer you want, when they absolutely have to; and even then, in a self-concerned manner. There's nothing yet that I've experienced to set them apart from dealerships, as a whole, from a customer's perspective. I asked to speak to a higher authority, and was completely denied. I confirmed with the finance officer before leaving, that he accepted the fact that his associates (who were not present, nor willing to be contacted) made a bad faith offer, did not honor that agreement; they would not immediately fix the problem, and in refusing to do so, would leave us financially burdened because of the incompetence. Again, I was denied any immediate help or escalation, and could only leave to deal with the implications, given someone's word that we'd be contacted later. Little good an agreement had done with them yet, there is no promise of more. More

I vi I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram staff provided last week. I visited the dealership to purchase 2013 Dodge Charger. The staff was very attentive, professional, friendly and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Debbie (sales person) and Shaun (financial manager), were very knowledgeable, professional and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my new car. I will firmly recommend it my family members, friends and colleagues. Please let Debbie and Shaun, as well as the other dealership employees, know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram management put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I look forward to working with Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again in the future.
