After being disgusted with the aggressiveness of the local car dealerships I made the drive to Deland, Florida. It was a 45 minute drive, one way. Let me just tell you that Hurley Jeep C/D, was a clean, friendly environment. Miguel assisted me with my purchase and far exceeded my expectations of customer service! I even talked to Mr. Hurley, the owner, nice gentlemen. My overall impression of Hurley Jeep Chrysler Dodge is that they made me feel like family and treated me right. They were not aggressive and priced just right! I bought a new Jeep from them and they even delivered it to me in Orlando :) Thanks Miguel, Thanks Mike! I don't know if they know this, but they made me a customer for life!!! I will be going back for my next vehicle! More

Took my Chrysler 300 with only 63,000 miles to get the transmission checked. Was told it needed a new transmission and it was not under warranty. The cost was only $3000. Told them that I couldn't afford transmission checked. Was told it needed a new transmission and it was not under warranty. The cost was only $3000. Told them that I couldn't afford that and would just have to let the car get repossessed. The sales manager approached me and said that they would take it in on trade and get me into another 300 with the about the same payment so I wouldn't get a repo on my credit. Went to the dealership the next morning and wasted 5 hours there for them to try and sell me a van with a book value of $5100 (that they showed me) for $11000. And this was without taking my trade. I was told to finance this car (van) and let my 300 get repossessed (which we were supposedly trying to avoid). This was a bait and switch if I ever heard of one!!!!! Then they tried to use the excuse that the sales manager was new and didn't know what he was saying. Well, I think he shouldn't be a sales manager then. I could go on rambling but do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. More
I have a 98 chrysler concorde. I had the computer in the car replaced with a used one by another repair shop but was told i had to bring it to a Chrysler dealer to have it programmed. Got a call from them that the computer was bad and ot needed new coils also with an $1100.00 est. to fix it. I declined and had the car towed back to my house. Once here i opened the hood a nd the coils were disconnected. I reconnected them myself and for curiosity tried starting the car. It started right up and has been running great for months now. If i would of listened to Hurley i would of been scammed out of $1100.00 More

Recently bought a brand new Dodge Ram from Hulrey Dodge. I went to this dealership first but then visited a few other places with other trucks I liked just to settle my curiosity, but the salesguys at every I went to this dealership first but then visited a few other places with other trucks I liked just to settle my curiosity, but the salesguys at every other place were real pushy. After being disgusted with typical sales tactics at the other places, I came back to do business with Mike who had a low pressure approach I appreciated. I couldn't be more satisfied with the truck or the way Mike and the team treated me at Hulrey Dodge. My friends are lovin my new truck and a couple are motivated to get new wheels for themselves now. I will send them over to Mike without hesitation because I know that they don't get jerked around. More
Todd Morgan was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not your typical car salesman for sure. He was personable and worked really hard to put us in our new Dodge Challenger. I subsequently have had to make a trip to the service department for a minor repair to my vehicle. The service staff worked hard to find the source of an abscure noise in the chassis of my car. They went through every possibility until they found the source and corrected it. It took 6-7 hours of them working to find the issue but during this time they kept me well informed and even drove me to get lunch when realized that it might take a period of time before the work was completed. I give this dealership an A++ rating in every aspect. More
