The salesman, Mark, only on the job a week was wonderful, well informed about inventory and model features of my Chrysler 200S.There were some difficulties with the computers so took quite awhile to get through financing one at a time .The wait was pleasant and Mark and others from the sales team kept me informed throughout my wait time. Jo and Buck from financing were also wonderful and efficient making the long wait to get there worthwhile as they made sure the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. I was unable to meet the service team but if they are as pleasant as Mark and the sales team are I look forward to meeting them! More

Lousy Service Department The buying process was good but when we went back in for service it went downhill fast. Today I went in to have my oil changed at their "Quick Oil Change Lane". First off no one even came out to the lane to see what I needed. I had to go inside and wait for someone to acknowledge I was there. Then I was told there would be a 2 1?2 to 3 hour wait to get my quick oil change. I left . AS I had a coupon from Dodge for an oil change I went to another Dodge dealer, Fields Dodge. I was greeted in the service lane immediately, written up, had my oil changed, with tire rotation and wash, and was back on the road in 35 minutes. You can bet I won't be going back to Hurley. More

When I first made contact via the internet with Elijah, he was very helpful and encouraging even knowing that we had credit problems and a small down When I first made contact via the internet with Elijah, he was very helpful and encouraging even knowing that we had credit problems and a small down payment to work with. We drove nearly an hour to come in and immediately we were greeted by Gina Priest. We knew exactly what we were looking for and she was very knowledgeable about the 2009 Journey. Although they couldn't get us into that particular vehicle, they did get us into one that was identical, but brand new. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything at all. Instead they made us feel at home and free to browse or test drive any vehicle on the lot. I have to say that given our credit, it took quite a bit of negotiating to get us into the car we wanted but the staff was meticulous and determined in their negotiations. I truly believe that any other car lot would not have gone so far above and beyond to help us replace our old battered Lincoln. These guys were amazing. In the end, we walked out with a much smaller down then we originally agreed to as well! More
