And I must say this time was nothing short of fantastic. Mark Zebott(sales rep) treated me like I was a personnal friend and stayed on top of everything from the beginning which was a total of three days only. From searching for the perfect car to keeping me posted every step of the way. Very honest and caring individual. Erick-clinched the deal with his offer I could not refuse and made me feel like I really recieved a great deal. Felt very comfortable with him wheeling and dealing-no pressure. When they recieved the vehicle on the lot, I was so excited I gave them less then ten mintutes to get it ready and they were already on it when I entered the dealership. What made me feel like I had a new extended family was Deborah and Foster Zeboth-these people went way out of their way to make sure I was happy in every question I had. Mr. Zeboth was so knowlegable about my vehicle and explained all the complicated new stuff to me that by the time I left I felt very comfortable and confident. Even when I made it home the radio would not shut off. I called the Zeboth's-they did not hesitate to drive to my home and silenced it immediately-we did not know it was set on a 20 minute delay. Mr. Zeboth re-set it and off they went, just as friendly as when I met them 4 hours earlier. Honesty and Integrity are what these good people are made of and I appreciate that rare quality in this day and age. Liar liar I received a call from Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge when I was on the way to another a Jeep dealership to purchase a Jeep. I had never given them my num I received a call from Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge when I was on the way to another a Jeep dealership to purchase a Jeep. I had never given them my number and asked how they go it! They said whenever you apply for a loan at one Jeep dealership other dealerships get your info.... They con me into the dealership. They promised 3- years of oil changes with the sale. The Jeep was supposed to be financed for 60 months. They were rather pushy but I thought I had got what I negotiated for; I was happy. They call me two days later saying there are issues with my financing.... This was the start of the nonsense. When all was said and done they flat out blatantly lied about the oil changes. Also between the finance company switch the interest rate was lowered, but somehow with my knowledge my payments remained the same but were extended to 72 months! Total cons. Furthermore I went there when I was looking to sale my Jeep and they were offering me eight thousand less than any other dealership, but they were happy to roll the negative equity into the new car loan. I will never step foot in the dealership again. More

Every issue I had with my truck was addressed, and a estimate of the cost was given prior to the work being done. I should tell you that my truck, a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, 4x4 Quad Cab SLT, was purchased used at a car lot in Orlando. It had issues ! Blake Hornung was given the work order and I was offered a ride home or wait in the lounge. While waiting, I browsed in the parts department. WOW ! I met Kirsten Miller, who works the counter. I saw a few accessories I liked and she was very helpful. Her smile alone, made me a happy shopper. The issues on my truck were repaired by Blake and I was soon on my way. Thanks go to the entire staff at Hurley. They were great ! You can be sure I'll return for my next service. More

New Jeep with damage, no remorse from Hurley Management New Jeep Rubicon with 12 miles with hood/hinge damage that was poorly repaired purchase on July 5th. After I took Jeep home, noticed damage brought ba New Jeep Rubicon with 12 miles with hood/hinge damage that was poorly repaired purchase on July 5th. After I took Jeep home, noticed damage brought back for repair. Service sent to a second rate body shop that shimmed the hood hinges and left more damage to the hood bumper and cowl, along with runs in the paint on the hinges. Management, stated "it looks good, not sure what else we can do to make you happy". Salesman was good, but he can only do so much. This is a management problem, and I have tried to contact the Vice President/GM on several occasions with no response back to me. Sad part, is this is the second $40,000 vehicle I have purchased from them in less than a year. I guess repeat customers are not important to Hurley management. They gave me a good price, but for this type of customer service, I may pay a little more and will go somewhere else next time More
