I arrived with an appointment to get some key fobs programmed. With the tools they have here, it is at most a 20 minute job. I was there for 2 hours before they gave me an update that they had started working on making the keys. An hour after that I finally was able to leave. Ridiculous More

Service department is SLOW. Made an appointment for service on my van for 8:30 am. Was getting a valve replace with a 1.5 labor estimate and fan replaced with another 1.5 hour estimate. Also, needed to have some recalls done. 7 hours later and I am still here. If I were to come back, I would watch these guys to make sure your vehicle doesn't get bumped. While waiting, my technician was pulled from my van to service another lady's. There is no communication. It's easy for them to forget about you. Super busy place and they appear to have a hard time managing the amount of service jobs coming through here. Nice enough guys in here, but the wait is a little excessive. I had the same problem when using their "Express Lane" oil change. Long wait for a twenty minute oil change. Still waiting...... More

Loved every person I met that worked there. Michael Clower was the Best salesman ever. Michael knew what we wanted and sent pictures before we even came to the dealership. Michael made the process of owning the most Amazing car in the showroom a breeze. He had most of the paperwork done before we even got there :) Tolga gave us the Best deal in 2 counties, Love that Guy!! George Williams in financing went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate and was a Joy to deal with! Made the financing process so easy!! We met Richard Dudley the Service Advisor and instantly became friends. He is very knowledgable and helped us out when we needed it. Phil in parts was awesome and helped us order a decal for our car. Dudley in service was also very helpful and knowledgeable about many things including Dodge's car colors. We also stopped by the accesory store for some shirts and the lady that helped us was fantastic, I am sorry I did not catch her name. Receipt said counterman 44!
