A very Unhappy customer I test drove a Jeep Wrangler. They advised me that if I liked this vehicle that they would sell it to me for $3000.00 off the MSRP. Sounded good, Ho I test drove a Jeep Wrangler. They advised me that if I liked this vehicle that they would sell it to me for $3000.00 off the MSRP. Sounded good, However they elevated the MSRP by $3000. Therefore no discount at all. Several other dealerships verified this for me, Then they asked me for a $2000.00 deposit when I was going to test drive a vehicle overnight, even though they knew this might not be the car that I would purchase. I drove the Jeep and brought it back in 1 Hour. The finance manager said that he could not deposit the check until we had a sales contract. Well they found out that I found a better deal at another dealership and they deposited my check. Totally illegal. No sales contract-the deposit should have been returned. I went back to the dealership and they did not want to make it right, and they refused to give me back my check. They said they would cut me a check in 10 days. What the heck. Well I cancelled that check and it cost me $50.00. They are crooks. THe only good thing about that dealership is Nigel my salesman. He was nice and stuck working for a crooked dealership. I finally found my Jeep at Daytona Jeep.... I love it. They gave me a great deal on a fully loaded Jeep. I saved thousands. If you are looking to buy a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, go to the Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. They are all upfront and honest. Lance was my salesperson. He was the best. Intimidation I purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I went i I purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I went in, so it should have been an easy process. My salesman was Brian Donahue. Once we started going over the application, he started telling this very personal story about his family that made me very uncomfortable. Then he kept going back and forth to talk to someone, and the “offer” kept changing every time he did. After several trips, he asked me to wait at his desk while he went outside to smoke. He also kept ignoring me when I told him that I was supposed to be eligible for a corporate discount through my company. Towards the end of the conversation, he started badgering me to write reviews for him. He said he got $50 for each review and even told me which websites I should write them on. He kept asking me over and over until I promised to write good reviews for him. Then came George Williams from financing. Things went from bad to worse. He also kept talking over me, telling me some irrelevant story about how he knew someone who lived near the founder of Sanford. Even when I told him Brian had put my income 20% higher than it was, he said it was no big deal and managed to set me up with a payment that was over $100 more per month than what I could comfortably afford. Then George went into this long story about someone who the dealership tricked into coming back up there and took his truck away just because he left a bad review. I found out later that they can’t do that, but at the time, George was very convincing that you had to leave a good review or else. I am not a very outgoing person, and I just wanted it to be over, so I caved in and signed the purchase agreement. I did get a survey from Chrysler themselves, and I told them all of this. Someone who I think was named Kelly gave me a call and seemed truly apologetic. She said she would have another finance person take a look at it and call me, but no one ever did. These people intimidated me into buying from them, and then ignored me every moment after. I regret it to this day. I should have just walked away as fast as I could. More

Poor Service, not told the truth.. Took the truck in for a leak at passenger door. The service rep was told to call prior to any work. That did not happen. Got home, checked out the door, still have the leak the day I took it to the dealer. Well, "we have a contractor/independent service company that takes care of those issues", kind of makes you feel empty handed. Where is the responsibility from the dealer? Stay away, honesty, truth.....very questionable from this service department. More

We worked with Mark Grant, a very down to earth guy who did not use any pressure to sell us a car. Good changes taking place I am only reserving a higher rating until my next visit. Not a good decision and it is not a great vehicle but after a year plus of taking it in for service etc. I always felt that the service experience was lukewarm and I didn't really matter. Not being over sensitive, just know with my company, we have to fight for every customer and go over the edge sometimes to keep them. So. the contrast was apparent. After dropping $24 K on a new car, somehow I thought I was entitled to something more and never got even a touch of it. Left each time feeling why do I keep going back? "they don't give a ......"? So, just yesterday I had my idiot warning lights go off, (yes, the jeep is junk) and stopped into the dealer and apparently they have undergone some staff training or new staff or someone cast a spell on them. They were friendly, courteous, eye contact, genuine and got it fixed on time and for the first time I felt great when leaving. The little things make a huge difference and apparently they are making some changes that I appreciate! Whatever you are doing, keep it up and the results will be there. Thanks to John in service and the shuttle driver who were both very positive representatives of Hurley. More
