No follow through On July 18th 2018 I received an automated call from Chad Greene. I attempted to return his call 4 times the same day. I am supposed to be on their do not call list but apparently they do not understand what that means. I spoke with 3 different people because no one could find Chad. I was told by the internet sales department that my name and number we're not in their datatbase and that I should not be receiving any automated calls from them. I asked to speak to the general manager but he could not be found either. The poor receptionist that was answering my calls and trying to locate anyone that could help me finally took matters into her own hands and miraculously located my name and number in their system. She assured me that I would received be a return call from either Chad or the GM within 24 hours to address my concerns. Here it is 5 days later and I still have not received a return phone call. More

He was friendly and didn't put any pressure on me. Most importantly he did everything he said he was going to do. I felt that his word was his bond. Picking up the vehicle and giving them my old car was a seemless experience. Mark had all of the paper work ready and I was leaving with my new vehicle in short time. Sales Mgr. Chad Greene also made this a wonderful experience. Really nice down home people at this dealership. Don't want to forget Lorri LaJoor who's been taking care of my service for the last 3 years. More
