We called the Deland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram location and I spoke with Shanelle in service. After explaining all of our issues with the vehicle and the previous dealership she advised us to bring the vehicle in to have it inspected. It turned out it was a major electrical issue that would cost us more than what we paid for the vehicle so she referred us over to Mark Grant in sales. He was so kind and helpful in finding us the best car for our family. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that night and the process couldn’t have gone smoother, from the multiple test drives, approval and finance, I truly believe we got the best deal.
