Amazing dealership experience thanks to Mark Grant! My fiancé and I were looking to trade in our car (which had a big payoff amount). After contacting several dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people we found the Deland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. My fiancé called and spoke to Chelsey who then directed us to Mark Grant. After telling Mark what we were looking for (A 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited) he put together several options for us to look at. We were able to go to the dealership, test drive the car and work out an AMAZING deal all within an hour. Mark was so friendly and personable. He let my fiancé and I take our time while test driving and he explained every single feature in the Jeep in detail! Trust me, there are A LOT of features. Mark answered all of our questions and completely understood our budget. He offered us cold refreshments and snacks as well. We also spoke briefly with Chad Greene about payment options just to get an even better understanding of what exactly goes into the car payment. We worked with James Sombelon for the finance paper work. He was a pleasure as well! James was very friendly and to the point. He made sure we understood every paper we signed. After buying the car, Mark helped us connect our phones to the Bluetooth, and personalize all of the other features in the car. He even gave us his number just in case we had any other questions after leaving. I honestly have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership. The entire staff made my fiancé and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. I’d highly recommend Mark and his team to everyone! More
