had a simple recall on my van, no issues going in. Van starts knocking hard within two miles of the dealership. I politely asked lynn and joe to repair it. I've been coming here for many years and will never return. More

i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also was told im 9th on waiting list for a loaner,after numerous calls to service during those 10 days with no return call,finally got ahold of somebody only to tell me im still 9th on list for a loaner and nobody has looked at our explorer. My daughter brought her 2021 Ford Ecosport in for an oil change last week. Her vehicle was purchased new and has 20,000 miles on it. The service advisor told her that her REAR brake pads and calipers were change last week. Her vehicle was purchased new and has 20,000 miles on it. The service advisor told her that her REAR brake pads and calipers were worn out and she needed new ones right then- $800! Fortunately, she called me before she had any work done. It's a front wheel drive vehicle- rear brakes never wear out before front. I told her to drive the hour home so another shop could look at it. Her rear brake pads were at 95% and there was nothing wrong with her calipers. If I could file a police report for fraud, I would. My daughter, our family will never have service done work here again and we will let our friends know as well. More

Veterans Discount!! "Beware" I received Delacy coupons on line for services discounts. Unfortunately the coupons could not be used due to service being discounted already? and wh I received Delacy coupons on line for services discounts. Unfortunately the coupons could not be used due to service being discounted already? and when i ask about the Vets discount i was told that would be double dipping? What? Three hours later my vehicle was ready, i was handed a bill not only did i not get any discounts, but there was an extra charges for parts. When I ask for an explanation I was told that it was for a miscellaneous repair. I didn't know i needed a repair nor did i authorize any. I pay the bill under protest and ask where my vehicle was. They said it was on the side of the building. It was pouring out so you would think that they would have brought it back to the front of the waiting area. When i found my truck it looked as if they had drove it through the mud? and it had mud on the mats as well. I had to take it to Delta Sonic. Never Again!! That was my 2nd time having them services my truck and the first time was just as bad. Beware. More
