Joanne Switalski is an asset to Ford. Extremely knowledgeable of the product, knows her customers needs and wants. We have been with Joanne for over 25 years now and wouldn't think of purchasing a knowledgeable of the product, knows her customers needs and wants. How many people can say that their salesperson called and advised them that it was a good time to buy, go to the dealership and have the perfect car picked out for you by that salesperson. Joanne is that type of person. She called us in and pointed out a 2014 Escape with all the bells and whistles on it that she knew we would enjoy and a color that she thought was perfect for us. She was right! We didn't even look at anything else. Just signed on the dotted line. Buying or Leasing a car can be confusing, but not with Joanne in the drivers seat. We are lucky to have her. My wife and I went to the dealership to explore the possibility of trading in our vehicles with the intent of lowering our monthly payments. Although we really didn't expect to reach a deal, Joanne ma possibility of trading in our vehicles with the intent of lowering our monthly payments. Although we really didn't expect to reach a deal, Joanne managed to come up with an offer that we couldn't refuse. We ended up driving off the lot with a 2014 Escape SE and a 2013 F-150 STX for a lot less than we were currently paying for the same older model vehicles. Kudos to Joanne for having the patience and knowledge to work the deal, and to the rest of the staff for their assistance. Although I cannot guarantee the same type of deal, I would, and have, recommended Delacy Ford and referred Joanne to my friends and family simply for their honesty to work the best deal possible.
