Buying a vehicle from Delacy Ford was a very pleasant experience. I stop in to test drive and possibly buy a Ford Edge. After the test drive I decided to buy the vehicle. I have purchased several new cars in my life and this was the quickest and most honest experience. The sales games I expected and experienced at other dealers in the past did not happen. The test drive and purchase of the Edge took less than 2 hours. When taking delivery of the vehicle it was spotless inside and out. Jason even cleaned the license plates from my old car to look like new before putting them on the new Edge. More

What a beautiful car! Mr. Sudyn was an enthusiastic and accomodating salesman. DeLacey Ford offered a superb willingness to make a deal; Toyota,(hubby wanted the Matrix because it was a hatchback), was un accomodating salesman. The inside of the car is so sporty-looking that I feel like I am in a sport vehicle. We are seniors with 47 years of car-buying experience, and I must say, this was the easiest, least traumatic car deal we have ever made. We own a 2003 Echo, a very nice basic car-no fancy frills. Hubby wanted to return to the Toyota dealer. I said I wanted to give the Fords a look, as we were both pleased to see that Ford refused the bailout loan offered by the present government, and the Consumer's Report rating of frequency-of-repair.
