I wasn’t happy with my service. I’ve bought 4 cars with this dealership. My 2023 Traverse radio went out. I was told to bring it in Wednesday when I did so. I was then told the part hasn’t arrived…the service guy didn’t call until end of the day. Took the Traverse in early that morning didn’t get a call the whole day. I had to call in Friday morning then I was told…I was he forgot to call me. All around bad customer service and inconvenience. More
