HORRIBLE experience with this service department. Drop HORRIBLE experience with this service department. Drop my car off Friday for a constant front knocking sound when driving. Tony called Friday afternoon and stated they didnt hear any knocking and pick up my car.. I refused and asked if can it be re-examined. They called back and said yes we heard the noise and we are changing your wheel bearings. They called at the end of Friday and stated they still heard the noise and now they are changing struts and mounts. I received my car Monday didn't even exit the parking lot and I heard the knocking. Tony and a mechanic takes the car for another test drive with me and we heard the knocking. Manger DAN stated I don't know what to tell you, cars make noise and he didn't see nothing alarming nor does he think safety is an issue. There was nothing further he can do for me. The conversation was recorded and I will be seeking a claim with arbitration. The level of INCOMPETENCE at this dealership is indescribable!! More
Did not fix any of the 3 issues with my vehicle. Bought 3 vehicles from this location, I always have this issue with the Decozen service department. Vehicle went in for brakes issue, radio freezing and auto vehicles from this location, I always have this issue with the Decozen service department. Vehicle went in for brakes issue, radio freezing and auto stop/start not working. They said they replaced the battery for auto start stop issue and on my way home, the first stop I made that did not work. They said "the radios suck" and the brakes typically go bad by 20k miles. I have 18k.miles and he told me himself the brake pads are in very good condition with a lot of thickness but the brakes are squeeling and he said I don't know why. This place is ridiculous. I will never buy another jeep again due to the fact that I have always had multiple trips to service and multiple headaches due to the service dept. On every single jeep I have had. I even went as far as going to corporate who told me to go to another service department. Terrible. More
Very very poor communication. Left voicemails with the gm , derives managers, and sales managers. Having the same issues with the radio and the cat leaking when it rains. After a upgrade to my radio the battery was dead and the radio had to be replaced. Picked up my car and the radio was on back order. They said they put a new battery in my car and the new radio should be in radio had to be replaced. Picked up my car and the radio was on back order.
