Awful. Brought my car and left it 3 different full days last week. I agreed to everything suggested and the initial problem is still not resolved. Called Service Manager this morning at 9am. It's 5pm and still no call back. I know everyone is struggling due to all the calamities but this is not acceptable. I was very upset when going in for service but run around that I have received elsewhere instead of bringing my truck back to the Masters!
