On my last visit, from the time I walked in the door, to the time I left, it proved to be a good experience. The Service Writer was informative and pleasant. More for my buck To start they have no service appointments after 3pm. which is hard for people who have jobs. The waiting room is horrible. Last but not least your not able to speak to the mechanic or are physically shown what exactly they replace or fix in your car this the only Jeep dealer I experience this in. i think as a customer I should been shown what I am paying for.
